Overview

EasyAdz collects and processes information needed to provide account access, social media management, advertising tools, billing, support, and product analytics.

Information we collect

Account details such as name, email address, and profile information.
Payment and subscription details when you purchase a plan.
Connected social platform data that you authorize us to access.
Usage, device, and log data used to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

To operate the platform and authenticate your account.
To publish content, manage campaigns, and synchronize connected accounts.
To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support.
To improve performance, reliability, and product features.

Third-Party Platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Our platform integrates with third-party services such as Google and Meta to provide core functionalities like ad campaign management and account synchronization. When you connect these accounts, we request specific permissions (scopes) to access your data.

Access: We access your platform data (e.g., ad accounts, campaigns, page insights) solely to provide the services you request.
Use: Your data is used exclusively to display performance metrics, synchronize campaigns, and publish content on your behalf. We do not use this data for any other purposes.
Storage: We store authorization tokens securely and cache necessary campaign data to optimize performance. We do not store sensitive user credentials like passwords.
Sharing: We do not share your Google, Meta, or other third-party platform data with any external parties, except as explicitly required by law.

Pinterest API Integration & Data Usage

EasyAdz integrates with the Pinterest API to enable advertising campaign management, board analytics, and publishing functions. Please note that EasyAdz is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest.

Usage of Pinterest API: We access your Pinterest account information, boards, pins, and advertising data using the Pinterest API to allow you to manage your advertising campaigns and organic pins directly from our platform.
No Reselling or Redistribution: We do not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or share your Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with third parties. Your data is used strictly to provide and improve EasyAdz services.
Data Retention & Disconnection: If you choose to disconnect your Pinterest account from EasyAdz, all retrieved Pinterest-derived data, including access tokens, refresh tokens, and cached metadata, will be immediately and permanently deleted from our databases.

TikTok API Integration & Data Usage

EasyAdz integrates with the TikTok API to enable organic video publishing, scheduling, and channel synchronization features. EasyAdz is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by TikTok.

To maintain transparency for the TikTok Production Review, here are the detailed data practices associated with our TikTok integration:

Collected Data: When you connect your TikTok account, we collect and store your TikTok creator profile details (including display name, username, and avatar URL) and OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens). We also retrieve video metadata (such as video ID and upload status) for content published through our system.
Purposes: The collected data is used exclusively to display your channel identity in our dashboard, upload and publish video files on your behalf, schedule posts, and display upload status logs. We do not support or claim active TikTok advertising management.
Storage: All authentication tokens and API credentials are stored securely in our centralized database. Sensitive fields (like tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 algorithms.
Protection: We protect your data using TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption and AES-256 database-level encryption at rest. Strict network access controls and firewall policies block unauthorized external access.
Retention: Your TikTok-derived data is retained only for the duration of your active connection. We do not retain profile data or access tokens after disconnection.
Sharing: We do not sell, rent, distribute, license, or share your TikTok profile, content, or credentials with any third parties or external services.
Revocation: You can revoke permissions at any time by navigating to your TikTok account settings (Settings and Privacy > Security > Manage Apps) and removing the EasyAdz authorization.
Deletion: Disconnecting your TikTok account from the EasyAdz dashboard (under Accounts) immediately initiates an automated DB purge, permanently deleting your profile details, tokens, and related logs from our databases. Alternatively, you can submit a manual deletion request by emailing contact@easyadz.space.

Data Protection Mechanisms

We take the security of your sensitive data seriously and implement robust measures to protect it:

Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
Encryption at Rest: Sensitive information, such as authorization tokens, is encrypted at rest using strong encryption algorithms (e.g., AES-256).
Access Controls: Access to sensitive data is strictly limited to authorized automated systems requiring access to perform their functions. We employ strict access controls and regular security audits.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform, comply with law, or protect our users and systems. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting us. You may also disconnect social accounts or manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
